Command Central

The AI command room for your wholesale operations

Command Central watches your orders, stock, resellers, and invoices, surfaces what actually needs you, and proposes the next move. You approve; it executes. Human-supervised AI for the people who run the business.

Command Central

One command room, on every screen

Run it from the desk on the web, or approve on the move in the BrandGate Central app for iPhone — same chat, same live dashboards, same audit trail.

  • It proposes — you decide. Central never changes your data on its own. It investigates with live data, then files a clear proposal: what it will do, the records it touches, and why. You approve, reject, or execute in one click.
  • Built on your real operations. Orders, stock, resellers, and invoices already live in BrandGate. Central reads them under the same permissions you have, so its proposals are grounded in the numbers — never guessed.

Ask in plain language

“Which resellers are overdue, and by how much?” Central pulls the answer from live data and suggests the next step.

One queue for decisions

Every proposed action lands in a single review queue with its risk level, evidence, and affected records.

Scoped to each role

Admins, managers, and buyers see only the actions their role allows. The server re-checks every permission.

Full audit trail

Proposed, approved, executed — every transition is recorded with who, when, and why.

Command Central

Where the day actually goes

Running wholesale ops means watching a dozen surfaces and chasing the next small decision. Central does the watching and tees up the decision.

Checking everything

Orders, stock, overdue invoices, approval requests — all in different places. Central brings the signal into one room.

Remembering to act

The reminder that never gets sent, the restock no one flagged. Central proposes the action before it slips.

Risky automation

Full auto-pilot is scary for money and inventory. Central keeps a human on every consequential step.

No paper trail

When something ships or sends, you want to know who approved it. Central records the whole chain.

Command Central

How a request becomes an action

From a question to a logged, approved, executed step — with you in control the whole way.

01

Ask or observe

Ask Central a question, or let it surface what needs attention on the Today view.

02

Central proposes

It gathers the evidence and files a precise proposal into the approval queue — nothing has changed yet.

03

You approve and execute

Review the evidence, approve, and execute. Central runs it through your existing, permission-checked workflows and logs the result.

Who it's for

Command Central gives every role a faster path to the right decision.

For operators

Stop checking five screens. See what needs you, act on it, move on.

For managers

Approvals with the evidence attached, and a record of every decision.

For leaders

Confidence that AI is helping without ever going off-leash with money or stock.

Command Central questions

Does the AI change my data automatically?

No. Command Central only proposes actions. A human approves and executes every consequential step, and the action runs through BrandGate's existing permission-checked workflows.

Can it act within set limits?

Optionally. An admin can grant a standing mandate that auto-approves low-risk actions within a spend limit — but even then nothing executes until a human runs it.

Who can use it?

Anyone on your workspace with access. What each person can propose, approve, or execute follows their role, enforced on the server.

Is there an audit trail?

Yes. Every proposal and every state change — proposed, approved, rejected, executed, failed — is recorded with the actor and timestamp.
