Order intake

Orders by e-mail, without the retyping.

Customers send orders as files attached to e-mail. BrandGate reads the supported formats into an order draft. Your team checks it and approves it before it becomes an order.

  1. 1

    E-mail arrives

The order comes as a UBL or EDIFACT file attached to the e-mail.

  2. 2

    BrandGate reads it

Customer, products and quantities are matched to your catalog.

  3. 3

    Order draft

Totals are checked. Nothing is ordered yet.

  4. 4

    You approve

A person reviews the draft and approves it.

Standard order files

UBL 2.1 and EDIFACT ORDERS D96A attachments are read into a draft.

Unclear orders are held

Unknown senders, unknown products and mismatched totals wait for a person. Nothing is guessed.

A person decides

Every draft is checked and approved before it becomes an order.

From e-mail to approved order
